This was when ''Dennis De Young'' was @ his prime musical exploration,, before he got weird,, especially with the - mister roboto . 🙄 Tommy Shaw & JY,, even said - WTF ,, with that ''later'' - silly stupid $#it !! Damn shame - ''Dennis'' went that rought,, & such a ''steller'' talent. 😢 I call that a ''waste'',, & would ''never'' ' see Styx without him. Dennis back @ the Equinox time,, he is ''still'' one of my all time ''fav'' keyboardist's,, the way he played back then... I listened & ''smoked'' to this when it was fresh & new. Still listen to & play ''Bass'',, to the whole Album !! I named my 76' - Harlrey Davidson - ''Shovelhead Chopper'',, when I got it back in 84',, & also paineted it ''Blue'' ,, - '' Suete Madem Blue''. Had that Bike till 04',, when I sold it, & it went to Germany. I

I bought this album when I was 18, just months before graduation. When I brought it home and listened to it I was sold instantly. Willie sang eveey song on the album with perfection. The songs on it were covers, but he made 'em sound like originals. It's one of Willie's greatest albums, although it's a little older than I am.

Who’s from PHILLY and listening to the car radio and you hear this album and all it makes you think it is 1029 MGK and that s the olny station you have on the radio

They don't write tunes like this any more. I used to sneak this album out of my big brother's room and play this, Johnny Winter and The Who at high volume getting pumped up for playing in football games of all things, and fantasizing about playing it on bass in a band. Now, I can die a happy man having had the opportunity to do so live a few years back.

Just the 1st side of this album. Is, alone, worth the price of admission. Along with its prophetic applications that we are now living. Pure talent from THE GREATEST BAND OF BROTHERS. My stepmother owned this record and my brother and I loved it. Later, in 1972, we bought Osibisa's second album Woyaya (which is good but not as good as the debut)

I just heard this by the first time about a year ago, I've been wondering where i've been all my life, Now I really like it when I met the gym or driving down the road. No road trip complete without it.

To this day NO ONE sings or sang like her!! She had the most amazing voice, that woman could sing ANYTHING!! The closest Ive ever seen any other female come close to her was Tina Marie, another AMAZING voice from the past!!

Amazing one guy did this all in a basement in MA Dude kills it on every instrument, singing and backup, as well as mixing/editing, it's truly insane!personnel were added later for concerts i believe. i could be mistaken tho.
